Yes. CrossFit is unique that every workout is infinitely scalable. Whether you’ve been doing it 5 years, it’s your first day, you have other injuries and especially if you just don’t think you can do it, our coaches can scale every movement to fit exactly where you’re at in your fitness journey.

Created by Greg Glassman more than 20 years ago, CrossFit was designed to maximize everyone’s health and potential through functional fitness performed at a high intensity. Many gyms have since copied this approach. What has always separated CrossFit is the community in each gym. We are all there together, supporting one another to achieve each individual fitness and lifestyle goals.

CrossFit is unique in that it’s constantly varied functional movements. Nearly every day will have a different workout. CrossFit gyms have free reign to run their own programming. It’s one of the things that makes CrossFit unique. We follow traditional CrossFit programming which means there is a single workout each day. We don’t do a strength portion followed by a WOD like many gyms are now doing. We respect heavy days and keep them on their own. The first half of each class is warming up and focusing on technique that can be applied to the workout, then the WOD will be 5-25 minutes typically followed by a cooldown and stretching.

We recommend 4-5 days per week to maximize results. Generally our members find the workouts and community something they don’t ever want to miss!
